The health-improving strength of pâté is in the interaction of all of its ingredients. Soya and lentils provide a large dose of quickly assimilated protein. Lentil itself has a high content of iron and folic acid: it is recommended for those suffering from anaemia, intense stress and during rehabilitation.
The pâté tastes great as a spread for wholegrain cakes, home-made healthy grain rolls and pancakes. If your child is a poor eater, just add this pâté to millet groats cakes and fresh vegetables arranged in smiley faces.
