Rice used in production of paprikash comes from organic farming. We use what the nature has to offer. Organic products are nutritious, easily digested and contain little toxic substances. Organic farmers use crop rotation and natural fertilising techniques on their rice plantations.
Paprikash is a great stuffing for pancakes or an ingredient in vegetable lecsó. It is also delicious on its own: sprinkled with chopped parsley or dill it is an alternative meal during a journey or at work.
