Quinoa, on the basis of which our paprikash has been composed, contains wholesome proteins. It means that it is the source of all the aminoacids needed for our body, which should be provided in food. And so, the aminoacid called lysine is important for tissue growth and renewal, while arginine and histidine stimulate growth hormone. What else can we find in the product? Certainly vitamins C, E, vitamins B and elements, such as manganese, magnesium, calcium, iron, copper and phosphorus. As a result, all enzymatic reactions, occurring non-stop in our body, receive valuable support. Quinoa also helps to absorb calcium and is abundant in Omega 3 acids, which eliminate inflammation.
Quinoa was grown in the mountainous regions of Chile, Peru and Bolivia over 5,000 years ago! In our country, it has become popular recently, but it will certainly remain in our diet for a long time.
